Log it in seconds. Keep it for good.
Samojako keeps your training, food, supplements and body measurements in one app. Follow the session it writes for you, or run your own.

Today’s session is already there.
Open the app at the gym and the session is written out: exercises, sets, target reps, rest. Type the weight and reps, tick the set, and the rest clock starts. Your last numbers for each exercise sit above the first set.
Rather run your own training? Build your own workouts and log them the same way.
- Warm-up and cooldown in every session
- A watch for timed holds
- A how-to clip for each movement
- Swap an exercise for another
Search it, scan it, move on.
Find a food by name or scan its barcode. Product data comes from Open Food Facts and USDA. Put a meal you eat often together once and add it in one go.
Food notes is your own list, in three groups: possible triggers, foods you’re testing, and foods that seem OK. The app keeps the list. It draws no conclusions from it.

Know when the jar runs out.
List what you take and when you take it. Samojako counts what’s left and shows how many days that lasts. Filling a week of pill boxes? It takes you through them one supplement at a time.
Scan a bottle’s barcode to fill in the details. The database behind the scan, NIH DSLD, covers US products; anything else you add by hand.
Samojako never suggests a dose. It records the one you enter.
A number a day, and the weeks it adds up to.
Weigh in, measure your waist, add a skinfold if you take one, and the calories your tracker says you burned. History groups entries by week with the mean beside each. Progress draws them over a week, a year or everything.

No streaks. No scores. No badges.
Samojako doesn’t grade your day, celebrate a set or tell you why you feel the way you do. It records what you did and shows it back to you.
